Terra is a digital marketing and creative agency that helps organizations deliver their most ambitious digital projects. They are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to build and manage lead nurture and email campaigns, troubleshoot martech issues, and maintain marketing dashboards for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Build lead nurture and email campaigns inside our clients’ CRMs (HubSpot, Eloqua, Marketo, etc)
- Troubleshoot issues related to clients’ martech stack, campaign attribution, and marketing data
- Set up and launch email, social, paid, and organic marketing campaigns for clients
- Provide timely updates on campaign progress during internal and client-facing calls
- Coordinate campaigns and gather client feedback via Slack and email
- Build and maintain marketing dashboards, lead scoring systems, and goal and conversion reports that clearly communicate campaign performance
- Ensure data integrity by cleaning and maintaining contact databases and helping us source new leads
- Research products, services, and strategies to identify new opportunities to improve our own tech stack and approach
- Other digital marketing tasks, as assigned
Requirements:
- Experience collaborating with fast-paced teams
- Experience using today's top marketing technologies and tools to drive results for B2B organizations
- Experience building lead nurture and email campaigns inside clients' CRMs (HubSpot, Eloqua, Marketo, etc.)
- Ability to troubleshoot issues related to clients' martech stack, campaign attribution, and marketing data
- Experience setting up and launching email, social, paid, and organic marketing campaigns for clients
- Ability to provide timely updates on campaign progress during internal and client-facing calls
- Experience coordinating campaigns and gathering client feedback via Slack and email
- Ability to build and maintain marketing dashboards, lead scoring systems, and goal and conversion reports
- Experience ensuring data integrity by cleaning and maintaining contact databases and sourcing new leads
- Ability to research products, services, and strategies to identify new opportunities to improve tech stack and approach
- Deep experience building large, multichannel marketing campaigns
- Understanding of intensely regulated industries and the responsibilities and challenges of marketing to their customers
- Expertise in leveraging the latest marketing tools and technologies to build sophisticated campaigns
- Experience building website analytics reports and sales and marketing dashboards in various platforms (e.g., Google Data Studio & Sheets, HubSpot, Tableau)
- Comprehensive understanding of marketing funnels and how content, email, paid media, and sales intersect
- Adept multitasker who can pivot quickly between tasks and adapt to shifting deadlines and client goals
