DynaTech Systems is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Business Analyst to join their team. The role involves bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring successful delivery of CRM projects across various business functions.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for D365 CRM solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify improvement areas
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
- Work closely with technical teams (developers, architects) to ensure accurate implementation
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)
- Support system testing (UAT), training, and end-user documentation
- Assist in data migration, integrations, and system enhancements
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Strong understanding of D365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing
- Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation
- Knowledge of CRM configuration, workflows, and business rules
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
- Experience in industries such as Manufacturing, Pharma, Healthcare or Distribution
