They are seeking a Head of Sales and Business Development for AI Solutions, responsible for driving growth through strategic partnerships and expanding market presence in the financial sector.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the sales and business development efforts for AI solutions for Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), targeting credit unions and community banks
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets
• Consultative selling, identify customer leads from your network, act as a trusted advisor for the customer, have a deep understanding of customer's business challenges that can be addressed using AI solutions
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential customers in the Credit Unions, Community Banks, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners
• Identify new market opportunities and develop tailored proposals
• Collaborate with product teams to align offerings with customer needs
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences
• Monitor market trends to inform strategic planning
