Sift is focused on building a diverse and inclusive workplace, and they are seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative to join their Sales Development Team. This role involves engaging with strategic prospects, generating pipeline, and setting up qualified meetings for the Strategic Account Executive team while developing core sales skills.
Responsibilities:
- Identify key personas within your high value accounts and lay the foundation for a strong, long lasting relationship
- Conduct thoughtful prospecting activities, including relevant and personalized calls, social & email touches. Our expectations are for 40-50 meaningful activities a day
- Set up discovery calls for SMB/Mid-Market/Enterprise Account Executives
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support successful campaigns
- Represent the Sift brand at industry conferences
Requirements:
- 5+ years of prior sales development experience (SaaS, Tech, or startup experience strongly preferred)
- Experience with using sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, Outreach, Linkedin Sales Navigator)
- BA/BS degree from an accredited university (Business or Technical major a plus) - or equivalent experience
- Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
- Executive presence
- Passion for sales and a desire to build a career in software and technology
