Job Description
Responsibilities
Project Management
- Lead the delivery of complex, multi-workstream engagements within the industry advisory consulting unit, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and commercial targets, while embedding structured change management approaches to drive adoption and value realization.
- Provide program governance and project leadership across concurrent initiatives, ensuring delivery excellence and risk mitigation, and management of change impacts on people, processes, and ways of working.
- Demonstrate expertise in at least one relevant, with proficiency in one or two adjacent domains, applying change management principles to translate strategy into sustainable behavioral and operational change.
- Apply knowledge of advanced technology, data, and AI to enhance delivery outcomes and inform advisory solutions within the chosen industry, supporting change readiness, user adoption, and capability uplift across impacted teams.
- Embed organization design considerations into transformation delivery, ensuring changes to structure, roles, and governance are sequenced effectively alongside process and technology changes.
Project Support
- Assist in coordinating and supporting project activities to ensure smooth execution and adherence to strategic goals, including change planning activities such as communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and readiness tracking.
Program Management
- Oversee multiple client programs across industry segments, drive transformation through strategic management and workforce initiatives, with accountability for change outcomes such as adoption, engagement, and capability development.
- Embed change management frameworks across programs to anticipate change impacts, manage resistance, and enable consistent, scalable transformation delivery.
- Oversee programs that include organization and operating model redesign, balancing speed of change with workforce sustainability and longterm effectiveness.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring stakeholder alignment throughout the engagement lifecycle, including advising leaders on change strategy, leadership alignment, and organizational readiness.
- Partner with client executives and sponsors to shape and reinforce change narratives, sponsorship models, and decision-making required to sustain transformation outcomes.
- Advise senior clients on organization design tradeoffs, leadership model implications, and workforce impacts, acting as a sounding board for sensitive people and structure decisions.
Stakeholder Management
- Aligning diverse stakeholder groups across functions and geographies to enable successful outcomes, actively managing change impacts, resistance points, and cultural considerations.
- Design and execute stakeholder engagement and communication strategies that build commitment, transparency, and momentum throughout periods of change.
- Engage leaders and impacted teams through organization design changes, managing uncertainty, decision escalation, and alignment across functions and geographies.
IP/Offering Development
- Contribute to intellectual property and offering development to strengthen the unit s market positioning and innovation agenda, including the integration of change management methodologies, tools, and accelerators.
- Capture and codify lessons learned from transformation engagements to enhance proprietary change frameworks and support repeatable, highimpact delivery models.
- Contribute to the development of organization design frameworks, operating model toolkits, and workforce transformation accelerators, integrated with change management and industry offerings.
Organization Design & Workforce Transformation
- Lead and support organization design initiatives as part of broader transformation programs, aligning operating models, structures, roles, governance, and ways of working with strategic objectives.
- Assess currentstate organizational effectiveness and design futurestate models, including role clarity, decision rights, spans and layers, capability requirements, and talent implications.
- Partner with client leaders to translate strategy into executable organization models, considering culture, behaviors, incentives, and workforce dynamics.
- Integrate organization design with change management activities, ensuring structural changes are supported by leadership alignment, communications, capability building, and adoption plans.
- Support workforce transition planning, including impact assessment, role mapping, skill shifts, and change risk mitigation.
- Apply datadriven insights (e.g., workforce analytics, capacity modeling, skills assessments) to inform organization design decisions and scenario analysis.
Minimum Qualifications
- Relevant years of consulting experience in advisory or delivery roles, particularly in leading digital transformations within the industry.
- Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders across industries and geographies.
- Successful history of advising senior executives and delivering large-scale digital or gen AI transformation engagements.
- Serve as an effective delivery manager, ensuring successful execution of projects and alignment with client objectives.
- Project management expertise with exposure to Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Apply deep domain and functional knowledge to drive strategic initiatives and deliver impactful solutions.
- Strong experience in one or two segments within the chosen industry.
- Deep domain expertise in at least one relevant area, with proficiency in one or two adjacent domains.
- Broad consulting competency across areas such as supply chain, finance and accounting, customer experience, cost optimization, and digital transformation.
- Solid grounding in advanced technology, data, and gen AI applications within the chosen industry, with experience implementing technology-enabled solutions.
- Workforce transformation and role redesign.
- Decision rights, governance, and accountability frameworks.
- Change leadership and adoption enablement.
- Expert problem solver with a logical and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional presentation skills demonstrated in both in-person and virtual environments.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Willingness to travel and operate effectively across diverse cultural contexts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior consulting experience required, preferably with a Big Four firm or within business process offshoring/onshoring competitors.
MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
