CCS Global Tech is seeking a Business Analyst to collaborate with business stakeholders and improve business processes. The role involves gathering requirements, creating technical specifications, and supporting system implementations and data analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Create user stories, process flows, and business requirement documents (BRDs)
- Support system implementation, testing, and deployment activities
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and reporting
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions
- Work closely with development, QA, and project management teams
- Ensure solutions meet business objectives and quality standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with requirements gathering and documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Public Trust Clearance
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools
- Experience working on IT or software development projects
