Cellebrite is a leader in digital investigation technology, dedicated to helping customers protect and save lives through enhanced digital investigations. The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing regional marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads for Cellebrite’s Digital Investigation Platform, working closely with sales teams to drive pipeline growth across law enforcement, defense, and enterprise accounts in the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute regional campaigns that drive new logo and expansion pipeline across your territory
- Partner with AEs, SDRs, and ISRs to align on target accounts, territory plans, and follow-up expectations
- Design workshops, executive briefings, roundtables, and technical deep dives that move deals from early stage to commit
- Identify stuck deals with your AEs and build targeted acceleration plays to get them moving
- Track sourced and influenced pipeline. Optimize programs based on conversion rates and cost per opportunity
- Own end-to-end event planning: venue selection, logistics, promotion, staffing, content, and budget
- Build and execute pre-event, on-site, and post-event workflows to maximize qualified meetings and lead capture
- Ensure timely lead routing, follow-up sequences, and event ROI reporting
- Represent Cellebrite at industry events, conferences, and trade shows (IACP, HTCIA, IACIS, regional user forums, and similar)
- Tailor corporate messaging, assets, and offers to regional market realities and customer needs
- Develop regional playbooks and competitive insights that support territory strategy
- Capture on-the-ground feedback and route it to product marketing, demand gen, and content teams
- Act as the day-to-day marketing partner for your region’s sales team. Attend QBRs, pipeline reviews, and forecast calls
- Train sales reps to use campaigns, content, and event assets effectively
- Coordinate ABM programs with sales and marketing ops, including target account lists, engagement tactics, and account penetration tracking
- Monitor field performance metrics: sourced pipeline, influenced pipeline, ACV, velocity, and cost per acquisition
- Manage your regional field marketing budget. Allocate spend based on ROI and pipeline needs
- Maintain dashboards for sales and marketing leadership with clear, honest reporting
Requirements:
- 5+ years in field marketing, demand generation, or event-driven pipeline roles in B2B technology
- Direct experience partnering with enterprise sales teams and a track record of marketing-sourced pipeline you can quantify
- Comfort operating in government, law enforcement, defense, or regulated enterprise environments. You understand procurement cycles, grant funding, and the difference between a chief and a commissioner
- Strong project management instincts. You can run five events in parallel without dropping details
- Proficiency with marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot, or similar), CRM (Salesforce), and event platforms
- Analytical mindset. You build reports because you want to know what worked, not because someone asked
- Willingness to travel 40-50% within your region. Some weeks that means three cities. Other weeks it means your home office
- Experience marketing to law enforcement, public safety, or justice agencies
- Familiarity with digital forensics, eDiscovery, or investigative technology
- Background in channel or partner marketing alongside direct field programs
- Experience with ABM platforms (Demandbase, 6sense, or similar)
