Remote Club is a nearshore software development agency connecting US companies with top engineering talent from LatAm. They are seeking a high-performing Sales & Partnerships Executive to drive new business, develop strategic partnerships, and sell AI-driven software development services.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business with US-based startups and tech companies
- Develop strategic partnerships with Big Tech ecosystems (AWS, Microsoft, Google, etc.)
- Sell nearshore software development, AI engineering, and staff augmentation services
- Strong focus on AI-driven solutions (agents, automation, LLM apps, MVPs)
- Attend relevant industry events to generate and close high-quality deals
- Build and manage outbound pipeline (LinkedIn, email, events, partnerships)
Requirements:
- Experience in software agencies or nearshoring companies (must-have)
- Strong exposure to US tech/startup ecosystem
- Experience or interest in AI-driven products and services
- Fluent in English + Spanish
- Proactive, self-driven, and hungry to scale
- Comfortable leveraging events for business development
