With a strong presence across Europe and beyond, our Budapest office plays a vital role in supporting key business operations for EMEA markets.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for Serbian speaking colleagues to join our team in Hungary—whether you are just starting out or ready for your next professional challenge.

 

💼 What You’d Do

• Provide top-quality support to our Croatian-speaking customers via phone and email
• Manage service requests, schedule maintenance visits, and coordinate technician activities
• Log and track cases accurately in our internal systems
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth operations
• Collaborate across shifts to keep everything running seamlessly

  

 

🌟 What Makes You a Great Fit

• Near-native skills in Serbian, with at least intermediate English - but any additional language knowledge is considered as a plus from the following list: 
  • German
  • Italian
  • French
  • Spanish
  • Hungarian
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — even in busy moments
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, multinational environment
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel & Outlook); Salesforce experience is a plus
• be located in Hungary or willing to relocate
