Responsible for developing new client agreements and job orders.
Prospects via phone, text, email, and social media, focusing on identifying anesthesia staffing needs and job openings with potential and existing clients.
Reaches achievable sales and production goals set by the leadership team and managed through the AOC sales, calling, and account plan using our Bullhorn CRM.
Collaborates with AOC account management and recruitment peers to develop new sales opportunities.
Partners with Account Executives to create strategies to land and expand accounts.
Leverages tools such as ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn, and more.
Manages activity and metrics to drive decision-making.
Attends trade conferences and in-person client meetings.
Requirements
5 years of prior relevant experience required in healthcare staffing sales.
Strong communication skills and ability to articulate our value proposition and skills to navigate sales to decision makers.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a large database of accounts and contacts.
Experience and success with cold calling/prospecting; understanding of what it’s like to have a monthly quota.
Experience working in a modern technology-driven, data-centric environment.
