egnite Health is a rapidly growing data centric digital healthcare company that is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Sales to lead the commercial growth and strategic expansion of their real-world evidence and life sciences research partnerships. The role involves driving revenue by developing and executing business development strategies, cultivating relationships, and closing strategic partnerships within the life sciences ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by developing and executing business development and sales strategies that translate real-world evidence, data assets, and clinical trial capabilities into contracted partnerships
- Own the full partnership lifecycle, including opportunity identification, executive relationship development, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure
- Personally lead and close strategic partnerships with life sciences companies, consulting/advisory firms, and healthcare data organizations
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders across medical affairs, HEOR, clinical development, and commercial teams
- Leverage existing industry relationships while proactively identifying new business opportunities within the life sciences ecosystem
- Collaborate with executive leadership, marketing, product, and sales teams to refine messaging and accelerate go-to-market strategies
- Analyze industry trends, regulatory changes, and research priorities to identify new partnership opportunities
- Co-develop tailored research proposals and partnership frameworks with the Chief Data Officer and internal teams
- Represent egnite at industry conferences, scientific meetings, and client engagements to promote egnite’s capabilities and generate new business
- Utilize Salesforce to manage pipeline activity, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and strategic growth plans
- Partner cross-functionally with clinical, research, and data teams to ensure successful execution of research partnerships and high client satisfaction
