WorkGenius Group is a technology company seeking a Product Marketing Manager V. The role involves driving market assessment, influencing product development, and executing go-to-market strategies for advertising products.
Responsibilities:
- Drive market assessment through quantitative analysis, qualitative insights, and advertiser feedback to inform product strategy
- Identify market needs and influence product development in partnership with Product Management and Engineering
- Own and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategy for a portfolio of advertising products and solutions
- Develop positioning, messaging, and naming strategies in collaboration with cross-functional partners
- Support creation and maintenance of GTM documentation and ensure alignment across internal teams
Requirements:
- 8–10+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, strategic marketing, or management consulting
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, monetization, or marketing technology
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
