Beacon is partnering with a high-growth healthcare AI company to identify a Product Marketing Manager. This role involves building the marketing engine from the ground up and translating the company's vision into compelling narratives for various audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the company's messaging framework - translating a complex multimodal data platform into compelling narratives for life sciences, pharma, and health system audiences
- Lead go-to-market strategy for new product and use-case launches in partnership with product and commercial teams
- Create and maintain sales collateral, one-pagers, case studies, and demo materials
- Build and manage a content calendar spanning LinkedIn posts, blog articles, scientific communications, and newsletter content
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to develop and amplify their thought leadership voice across channels
- Commission and edit content that speaks to both business buyers and scientific/clinical audiences
- Own the company's presence at industry conferences, clinical AI events, and life sciences summits — from selection through logistics and follow-up
- Coordinate PR opportunities, media pitches, and speaker application submissions
- Track the industry calendar and proactively identify high-leverage event opportunities
- Manage the marketing calendar, coordinate inputs across the organization, and ensure consistent execution
- Leverage AI tools to amplify output - content generation, event discovery, competitive monitoring, and reporting
- Work with the external brand agency to ensure consistency across all produced materials
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of marketing experience with an emphasis on product marketing
- Experience at a B2B startup or scale-up, ideally in life sciences, digital health, healthcare IT, or data platforms
- Proven ability to build narratives for complex, technical products and translate them for non-technical buyers
- Excellent writer with the ability to adapt voice and style for scientific, business, and general audiences
- AI-native: you use AI tools as a core part of your workflow, not an experiment
- Comfortable operating as a team of one while coordinating inputs from across an organization
- Familiarity with life sciences, pharma, or healthcare - you don't need a PhD, but you shouldn't need us to explain what a clinical trial is
- Strong organizational skills and a bias for structured systems - you can own a marketing calendar without losing threads
