Role Overview:
We are seeking an Information Security Compliance Analyst to plan, implement, and monitor security protocols to protect organizational networks and sensitive data.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct system security assessments (state & federal compliance)
Manage security findings, tickets, and metrics
Perform risk assessments, audits & compliance scans
Identify threats, violations & recommend improvements
Maintain security policies, standards & procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security processes
Promote security awareness and provide user training
Support data protection and incident response initiatives
Required Skills:
Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of firewalls, encryption & authentication
Excellent communication & stakeholder collaboration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Attention to detail & organizational skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field
3+ years of experience in computer systems/security
