Reports To: Talent Enablement Manager
Weekly Scheduled Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Role Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, creative, and strategically minded Talent Development Consultant to join our Talent Enablement team. In this role, you will be the primary architect of our organizational culture strategy and the champion for our Associate Resource Groups (ARGs).
This is not a "check-the-box" administrative role. We need a critical thinker who can analyze sentiment data and translate it into impactful engagement initiatives. You will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and grassroots employee experience, ensuring our culture remains a competitive advantage for our 7,300+ associates.
Key Responsibilities
- Culture Strategy & Design: Develop and execute a comprehensive culture roadmap that aligns with our long-term business goals. You will foster Culture and Engagement, moving beyond surveys to create sustainable behavioral change.
- ARG Leadership & Governance: Serve as the primary consultant and liaison for our Associate Resource Groups. You will provide the framework, budget guidance, and strategic oversight to ensure ARGs are driving both inclusive community-building and professional development.
- Data-Driven Engagement: Utilize data analytics to measure the efficacy of culture initiatives. You will be responsible for creating SMART goals for engagement metrics and pivoting strategies based on quarterly associate feedback.
- Creative Content & Program Design: Design "out-of-the-box" engagement experiences and cultural touch points while serving as the Coordinator of the Firstpower Council under the direction of the Executive Sponsors. Bring a fresh, creative perspective to how we communicate our values.
- Emerging Technology Integration: Stay ahead of the curve by researching and evaluating how AI and new learning technologies can enhance the associate experience and streamline ARG operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Critical Thinking: The ability to look at complex organizational challenges and identify the root cause rather than just the symptoms.
- Creative Flair: You should be someone who views a blank slate as an opportunity. We value visual storytelling, innovative event design, and fresh ways to engage a hybrid workforce.
- Project Management: Proven experience managing multiple workstreams—from large-scale culture audits to small-scale ARG activations—with precision.
- Consultative Approach: Ability to influence leaders at all levels and provide expert guidance on inclusive best practices.
- Communication: Exceptional writing and presentation skills, with the ability to "sell" a vision to both executive leadership and frontline associates.
Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field or related equivalent experience.
- 3–5+ years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, or Culture/Engagement roles.
- Experience working within a financial services environment or a regulated industry is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in scaling or managing Employee/Associate Resource Groups.
