Cornucopia Biosciences is an AI-native automation company focusing on assay execution and lab automation. They are seeking a high-performing sales professional to build a pipeline, navigate complex pharma and biotech organizations, and close deals independently in an early-stage environment.
Responsibilities:
- Run outbound pipeline across enterprise and mid-size pharma and biotech accounts — email, LinkedIn, and warm network introductions
- Target 8–15 qualified meetings per week from day one
- Own deals end-to-end: discovery, follow-up, negotiation, and close
- Collaborate with founders on pricing, positioning, and proposal strategy
- Develop and manage relationships across assay execution (qPCR, ELISA) and lab automation buyers
- Surface market intelligence — customer pain points, competitive signals, and messaging feedback
- Drive strategic introductions and partnership conversations
