Sr Cloud Solutions Engineer - Genesys IVR

Humana Inc. is a leading U.S. healthcare company, and they are seeking a Senior Cloud Solutions Engineer to support the development and execution of cloud implementation strategies within their IT infrastructure. This role focuses on Genesys IVR and cloud architecture, requiring collaboration with stakeholders to evaluate cloud systems and drive the roll-out of cloud management platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Implement organization's cloud strategy from a technical perspective, including design, planning, integration, maintenance and support of cloud architecture
• Work with stakeholders across organization to evaluate cloud systems and identify appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to develop specifications for new cloud based products/services, applications and solutions
• Drive the roll-out of cloud management platforms, evaluate its performance and implement enhancements
• Begin to influence department’s strategy
• Make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction
• Exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent and relevant experience in lieu of degree requirement
• 5+ years' experience designing, developing, and testing of software applications and/or infrastructure
• 5+ years' experience with Genesys IVR development
• Master's Degree
