About this role
Neolytix is seeking an IT Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The role involves analyzing systems, processes, and data to recommend improvements and ensuring that IT solutions meet organizational needs.
Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyse and document business requirements to ensure IT solutions meet organisational needs
- Serve as the conduit between the stakeholders and the software development teams, ensuring the real needs of the stakeholders are met
- Collaborates with subject matter experts to provide recommended IT solutions and process improvement plans to clients addressing their pain points
- Ensures general understanding of high and low-level information between all project stakeholders
- End to end responsibility for the assigned initiatives which includes gathering business requirements, test planning, test case preparation and execution of test, analysis and test results and defect management
- Prepare proper documentation on the data flow, design, business solutioning and testing approach in accordance with predefined template
