BlueCargo is a fast-growing, VC-backed technology company transforming the logistics and supply chain industry. They are seeking a player/coach Head of Marketing to elevate and expand their marketing function with a focus on demand generation, product marketing, and measurable revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive awareness, pipeline generation, and revenue growth
- Lead multi-channel demand generation programs including email, paid media, webinars, SEO, and partner marketing
- Plan and manage trade show and event marketing to maximize ROI and generate qualified leads
- Own marketing automation and CRM strategy (HubSpot), ensuring funnel optimization and reporting accuracy
- Partner closely with the sales and executive teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall pipeline velocity
- Build and manage campaign calendars and go-to-market (GTM) plans for new products and initiatives
- Analyze campaign performance and KPIs; adjust strategy based on data and insights
- Oversee content development for landing pages, case studies, digital ads, and enablement collateral
- Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent, high-impact messaging across all channels
- Manage and grow a small internal team and/or agencies, ensuring clear accountability and measurable results
