Cyera is a leading data security platform focused on empowering businesses in the cloud era. They are seeking an Account Manager to drive customer retention and growth by managing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring successful renewals, and identifying expansion opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end renewals process, ensuring timely closure and high retention rates
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with decision-makers and champions across your accounts
- Identify, qualify, and close expansion opportunities in partnership with Account Executives
- Leverage CRM and reporting tools to surface insights and risks, enabling proactive customer engagement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Deal Desk, Operations, and Customer Success to drive seamless renewal cycles
- Negotiate terms with procurement and legal stakeholders, balancing customer needs with business objectives
- Provide clear, professional, and compelling communication both written and verbal across internal and external stakeholders
- Manage time effectively across a high volume of accounts and deadlines
- Serve as a customer advocate, championing service excellence and long-term satisfaction
- We will require approximately 25% travel as part of the role
