Mindr is dedicated to being a force for good, providing substance use safety and monitoring products. The Business Development Manager will drive growth for Keepr across key B2B segments, focusing primarily on Behavioral Health and Therapy organizations, and will engage in product demonstrations and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities:
- Own qualified inbound and outbound opportunities, primarily within the Behavioral Health and Therapy segment
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect workflows, challenges, and use cases
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations, aligning Keepr’s capabilities to customer needs
- Drive opportunities forward to the proposal stage through consistent follow-up and stakeholder engagement
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, next steps, and updates within CRM systems
- Serve as the primary resource for Behavioral Health opportunities, while supporting Criminal Justice deals as needed
- Customize messaging and approach based on segment-specific needs, including clinical, operational, and compliance considerations
- Travel approximately 25–50% to attend industry tradeshows, conduct on-site meetings, and support partner engagements
- Collaborate with Inside Business Development Representatives to ensure effective lead handoff and qualification
- Partner with Senior Business Development Managers on strategic opportunities, pricing discussions, and deal advancement
- Provide feedback to internal teams (Marketing, Product, Operations) based on market interactions and customer insights

Requirements:
- 3–6+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related client-facing role
- Proven ability to lead product demonstrations and manage opportunities through mid-stage sales cycles
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage multiple stakeholder types
- Ability to understand customer workflows and translate them into practical solutions
- Experience working within CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) with strong attention to detail and pipeline management
- Highly organized with strong time management and follow-up skills
- Willingness to travel approximately 25–40%
- Experience in Behavioral Health, healthcare, therapy services, or related environments
- Experience selling into or supporting treatment centers, outpatient programs, or clinical organizations
- Familiarity with compliance-driven or regulated industries
- Experience in Criminal Justice or public sector sales is a plus
- Experience with SaaS or technology-enabled solutions
