Core Experience
- Experience working on integration and system implementation related projects and deliverables
- Proven experience leading platform and data migrations in enterprise healthcare environments
- Experience within healthcare and/or regulated environments
- Experience with SQL, SSIS, and/or .NET
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex IT initiatives in a technical delivery or technical program role
- Strong understanding of application systems, infrastructure, and system integration
- Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams and vendors
- Strong issue management, escalation, and problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and deliver outcomes in a contracted role
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Population Health Management (PHM) within Managed Care Organizations (MCOs)
- Prior experience with Care / Case Management platforms
- Experience migrating from legacy care management or PHM platforms
- Experience supporting large projects with aggressive timelines
