Loparex is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager for their Labels & Graphics division. The SAM will execute commercial strategies to drive growth of assigned regional accounts and serve as the primary contact for global accounts, focusing on relationship management and strategic sales planning.
Responsibilities:
- Executes on market strategy by developing relationships with new and current customers
- Achievement of growth plans and KPI's
- Responsible for driving growth in target accounts and key local contact for new and current accounts with customer base assigned by the Director
- Key local contact for Labels & Graphics customers and their production sites
- Coordinate account management activities with Market Director and Product Solutions resources
- Analyze monthly sales and report performance versus annual plan and account plans
- Facilitate effective communication across internal functions to ensure issue resolution with customers
- Ensure appropriate forecast, planning and order management in cooperation with customer service and supply chain functions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10 years' experience in account management
- Experience in developing strategic customer relationships and credibility in engaging customers at different levels and functions in the assigned regions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate efficient and accurate sharing of information internally and externally; multilingual capability applicable to the assigned regional accounts
- Excellent attention to detail, planning and organizing skills crossing multiple functional disciplines
- Result-oriented personality and capability to overcome obstacles
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions
- More than 60% of domestic travels required
- Graphic & Labels and/or release liner industry experience
- Experience in release liners related business as a supplier, producer or consumer
