The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating compelling narratives and communications that explain Pam's value and differentiate it in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with product, customer success, and leadership to turn roadmap moments, product updates, and customer insights into clear marketing narratives
- Own ongoing product communications, including:
- Customer emails
- Product newsletters
- Changelogs and release notes
- Webinars and customer education
- In-platform or lifecycle messaging
- Coordinate product launches across:
- Website
- Email
- Social
- Sales enablement
- Customer communications
- Internal announcements
- Create sales enablement materials, including:
- Product one-pagers
- Launch briefs
- Battle cards
- FAQs
- Objection-handling docs
- Feature explainers
- Track competitors and market trends across automotive AI, dealership technology, voice AI, customer experience, and service automation
- Turn competitive insights into useful messaging, enablement, and campaign ideas for sales, marketing, and leadership
- Ensure Pam’s product story is consistent, accurate, polished, and easy to understand everywhere it appears
