They are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to own and scale the B2B event marketing channel, focusing on event strategy, stakeholder orchestration, and building scalable frameworks for business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Event Strategy & Business Integration
- Translate commercial priorities into event strategies with clear business cases
- Develop annual roadmaps aligned to growth objectives
- Define success metrics beyond attendance (pipeline impact, activation, ROI, incrementality)
- Create scalable playbooks and operating models
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Business development, Sales, Supply, PR, Content, Branding and Senior Leadership
- Align diverse stakeholders with competing priorities
- Drive structured working sessions and executive updates
- Influence without direct authority in a matrix organization
- Program & Project Governance
- Lead large, multi-workstream initiatives end-to-end
- Build detailed project plans with risk mitigation and milestone tracking
- Establish governance cadence and reporting mechanisms
- Ensure disciplined execution across markets and teams
- Performance Measurement & Optimization
- Build measurement frameworks and post-event impact analysis
- Identify key performance levers and iterate based on data
- Develop dashboards to track ROI and business outcomes
- Introduce test-and-learn approaches to improve effectiveness
