Business Intelligence Analyst

The Business Intelligence Analyst leads complex analytics initiatives, partners closely with stakeholders, and delivers trusted dashboards and analyses that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex, cross-functional analytics initiatives
• Solve ambiguous analytical problems independently
• Partner with stakeholders to align analytics to business strategy
• Mentor Junior and Associate Analysts

Requirements:

• 5–7+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related disciplines, including ownership of complex stakeholder-facing analytics. Equivalent experience and demonstrated capability may be considered in place of years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• SQL: Advanced query design, validation logic, and performance tuning
• Tableau: Advanced dashboard design and optimization
• Tableau Prep: Complex, reusable data flows
• Databricks: Confident querying and collaboration with Data Engineering
• Python: Data analysis and validation scripts
• Statistics: Regression concepts and analytical rigor
• Data Modeling Awareness: Strong understanding of grain and joins
• Strong analytical judgment and constructive pushback
• Ownership of data quality and change impacts
• Ability to frame insights in business terms
