Business Intelligence Analyst – Supply Chain

Solventum is a new healthcare company focused on improving lives through innovative solutions. The Business Intelligence Analyst – Supply Chain will develop and maintain business intelligence solutions to support global supply chain operations, while collaborating with IT and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions to support global supply chain operations
• Building and automating data reports and dashboards using ERP and BI systems
• Partnering with IT and cross-functional teams to validate data accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Analyzing data trends and generating insights to support operational and strategic decision-making
• Establishing and tracking performance metrics to monitor supply chain system health

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher AND (5) years of experience in business intelligence, supply chain, engineering or statistics in a private, public, government, or military environment
• High School Diploma/GED AND (9) experience in business intelligence, supply chain, engineering or statistics in a private, public, government, or military environment
• Experience working with ERP, MRP II, MRP, SCP, APS, or DRP systems
• Basic SQL development capabilities (ability to write and interpret queries)
• Experience analyzing and validating data sets to support reporting and decision-making
• Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar BI tools
• Experience working with Oracle, SAP, ASCP, or similar enterprise systems
• Experience presenting data insights to stakeholders and supporting business decisions
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders
