IT Project Manager {169656}

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate technology-focused projects from planning through completion. This role is responsible for applying PMO best practices to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope, while managing stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage integrated project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, cost estimates, and performance tracking
• Apply project estimation models, document assumptions, and refine plans throughout the project lifecycle
• Recommend project solutions based on business needs and strategic objectives
• Provide schedule and cost forecasts while identifying and managing project risks
• Track, analyze, and report program metrics to support leadership decision-making
• Manage project scope by evaluating change requests and communicating impacts to budget, timeline, and risk
• Set and manage stakeholder expectations while proactively identifying and mitigating risks
• Track project requirements, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when necessary
• Lead project closeout activities, including client satisfaction reviews and final project analysis
• Document and archive project deliverables, tools, templates, and lessons learned for future reference

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field preferred
• PMP certification preferred
• 2–4 years of project management experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent English proficiency
• Proven ability to develop project plans and manage deadlines, deliverables, and goals
• Experience gathering data, reporting metrics, and performing trend analysis
• Ability to identify issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement practical solutions
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project and Visio
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
• Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities
