Longbridge Financial is a leading provider of home equity solutions for seniors, dedicated to helping older homeowners maximize their home equity. The Sales Customer Service Representative will create sales opportunities by handling inbound calls and initiating outbound calls to potential customers interested in the reverse mortgage program.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls
- Initiate outbound calls
- Create interest in reverse mortgage program
- Qualify customer to meet program guidelines (AGE, LTV, Homeowner) scripted
- Transfer interested and qualified customer to sales team
- Create appointments for follow up
- Mail information packets to customers
- Update the Sales CRM with notes of each transaction
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills (MS Office), 10-key, and Soft phone
- Customer service background
- Basic understanding of the reverse mortgage product
- Mortgage industry knowledge
- Bilingual a plus
- Organized, performance driven
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Training will be held in the Houston office
