Description: Position Overview
Seeking a BI Analyst / Report Developer with deep expertise in Crystal Reports and SQL Server to support reporting needs tied to Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) project and financial data.
Primary focus will be modifying and maintaining complex legacy Crystal Reports, supported by backend T-SQL stored procedures.

Seeking a BI Analyst / Report Developer with deep expertise in Crystal Reports and SQL Server to support reporting needs tied to Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) project and financial data.

Core Responsibilities
- Modify and enhance complex reports in SAP Crystal Reports
- Develop, update, and optimize stored procedures in Microsoft SQL Server
- Support reporting for AEC project + financial data
- Translate business/reporting requirements into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and maintain legacy reporting environment
- Strong hands-on experience with Crystal Reports (enterprise/complex reporting)
- Advanced T-SQL development, including:
- Stored procedures
- Joins, CTEs, performance tuning
- Experience working with complex, legacy report environments
- Ability to work with large, structured datasets (financial/project data)
- Experience with AEC / construction / facilities data
- Background in financial or project accounting systems
- Prior experience in higher education or public sector environments
