About this role
The Judge Group is a next-generation defense technology organization focused on transforming advanced military systems. They are seeking multiple engineers to own the full development lifecycle for advanced air vehicle and missile platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading design reviews.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full development lifecycle for advanced air vehicle and missile platforms—from early concept and detailed CAD design through integration, flight test, and transition to production
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams across structures, systems, avionics, propulsion, and mission systems
- Create and modify 3D CAD models and 2D drawings for complex components and large assemblies
- Perform and review analysis and validation activities (hand calculations, FEA, prototyping, hardware testing)
- Lead design reviews, support hardware demonstrations, work with vendors, and help bring systems into production
Requirements:
- B.S. in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Experience with aircraft, unmanned systems, or vehicle systems integration
- Hands‑on experience with CATIA, Siemens NX, or similar advanced CAD tools
- Background in structural analysis (FEA), prototyping, and hardware test methodologies
- Familiarity with aerospace or military standards
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret clearance (active Top Secret a plus)
- 5+ years experience in aircraft or aerospace systems integration
- Excellent communication and team skills
