IT Project Manager – Change & Communications

Abacus Service Corporation is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in Change Management and Communications to support a critical enterprise software transition. The role involves managing project delivery while ensuring stakeholder adoption through effective communication strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-level stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments to identify affected groups across the organization
• Design and deliver targeted email communications to impacted colleagues driving awareness and adoption
• Design and execute pulse surveys to monitor adoption readiness and employee sentiment
• Manage end-to-end project delivery — scope, schedule, budget, risks and milestones
• Proactively identify, track and mitigate risks and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
• Track and report project KPIs including schedule adherence, cost variance and adoption metrics
