Position: Sales Account Executive
Location: Remote
Responsibilities
- Own and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and pipeline creation quotas.
- Drive outbound growth through multi-channel strategies including cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Identify, engage, and qualify high-value prospects aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Conduct deep market and account research to uncover opportunities and map key decision-makers.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to align outreach strategies and accelerate pipeline conversion.
- Maintain high-quality CRM hygiene with accurate tracking of outreach, conversations, and pipeline status.
- Schedule and manage discovery call for senior sales leaders, ensuring strong conversion to opportunities.
- Support proposal coordination, follow-ups, and overall progression to drive closures.
- 3 8 years of experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or inside sales in a quota-carrying role.
- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding pipeline or revenue targets.
- Strong hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot), Excel, and outreach automation tools.
