Cypress HCM is seeking a Channel Marketing Manager to support Adobe's global B2B Education business across various solutions. The role involves driving go-to-market execution, partner/channel enablement, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives to enhance business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Drive execution of global go-to-market strategies across Adobe’s B2B Education business
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across marketing, sales, finance, operations, and product teams
- Support channel and reseller GTM motions including partner enablement, incentives, pricing, and messaging
- Identify growth opportunities and lead rollout of strategic business initiatives
- Track business performance, reporting, metrics, and operational execution
- Collaborate with regional and country stakeholders to localize GTM plans for global markets
- Develop partner-facing enablement content, messaging frameworks, and sales support materials
- Lead meetings, follow-ups, stakeholder alignment, and ongoing program coordination
- Act as a central GTM overlay helping teams stay aligned and initiatives move forward
Requirements:
- 5 to 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, GTM strategy, product marketing, consulting, or related areas
- Strong background supporting B2B go-to-market programs in software or high-tech environments
- Experience working across global and cross-functional stakeholder groups
- Strong organizational and program management capabilities
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable driving initiatives independently and managing multiple workstreams
- Strong communication and meeting leadership skills
- High AI literacy and comfort working in AI-forward environments
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience with channel or reseller GTM models is highly preferred
