Systec101 is a growing network infrastructure and structured cabling company specializing in commercial copper, fiber optic, and low voltage systems. They are seeking a strategic business development leader to help drive growth, expand into new markets, and shape the future direction of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development and sales growth strategies
- Identify new target markets and revenue opportunities
- Build relationships with:
- General Contractors
- Property Managers
- IT Service Providers
- Developers
- Enterprise clients
- Help improve project win rates and proposal strategies
- Assist in identifying and pursuing RFP/RFQ opportunities
- Develop outreach and lead generation systems
- Help position and introduce innovative infrastructure products to the market
- Create scalable sales processes and pipeline workflows
- Assist with strategic partnerships and channel development
Requirements:
- 5+ years of business development or sales leadership experience
- Proven experience generating revenue and developing new business
- Strong understanding of relationship-driven and project-based sales
- Ability to think strategically while also executing tactically
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience in one or more of the following industries preferred: Structured cabling, Low voltage, Telecom infrastructure, Construction, Technology infrastructure
- Entrepreneurial mindset preferred
