Local & Qualified is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to lead client onboarding, manage project execution, and drive strategic growth across a portfolio of accounts. This role is ideal for someone with agency experience who can balance client communication, operational execution, and marketing strategy while maintaining a high standard of quality and follow-through.
Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding calls for new clients and ensure a strong start
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and internal communication to keep work on track
- Coordinate internal team members and vendors to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
- Maintain proactive client communication and relationship management
- Support and implement tailored marketing strategies to drive client growth
- Support strategy and execution of digital ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Review performance, reporting, and next-step recommendations across accounts
Requirements:
- Experience managing digital marketing clients (agency experience strongly preferred)
- Strong project management skills across multiple accounts and deadlines
- Confidence leading client calls and setting expectations professionally
- Understanding of performance marketing fundamentals (Google Ads and Meta Ads)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and consistent follow-through
- Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and operate independently
- Digital Marketing Account Management: 3 years (Required)
