They are seeking a highly organized and creative B2B Digital Marketing Manager to drive brand growth, lead generation, and marketing execution within the foodservice packaging sector.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing strategies targeting fast-casual and quick-service restaurant decision-makers
- Drive lead generation through email campaigns, content marketing, social media, SEO, and digital initiatives
- Support the development of campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement, and qualified leads
- Track marketing performance and use insights to improve future campaigns
- Conduct research on industry trends, customer behavior, competitors, and market opportunities
- Use insights to shape marketing strategies, messaging, and product positioning
- Identify opportunities to strengthen the company’s presence as a trusted and innovative packaging supplier
- Create and manage content across blogs, newsletters, social media, digital catalogs, and other marketing channels
- Maintain a consistent, engaging, and professional brand voice across all materials
- Ensure branding is consistent across marketing collateral, sales materials, customer touchpoints, and digital platforms
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop visually compelling and effective marketing assets
- Organize participation in trade shows, conferences, and industry events
- Support logistics, booth design, marketing collateral, and event preparation
- Help maximize brand visibility and lead generation opportunities during industry events
- Work closely with sales, operations, production, and creative teams to ensure aligned messaging and successful campaign execution
- Collaborate with internal teams on packaging solutions, customer-facing materials, and go-to-market initiatives
- Support process optimization across marketing initiatives to improve efficiency, organization, and output
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B marketing, ideally within foodservice, packaging, hospitality, or related industries
- Strong understanding of branding, audience engagement, storytelling, and lead generation
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once with strong attention to detail
- Hands-on experience creating marketing content across digital channels
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack
- Self-starter with a fast-paced, proactive, and execution-oriented work style
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience producing, managing, or hosting podcasts
- Familiarity with hospitality, foodservice, restaurant, or packaging sectors
- Experience supporting trade shows, events, or industry conferences
- Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing tools, CRM platforms, or marketing analytics
