Strategic Employment Partners (SEP) is recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager role at a fast-growing DTC wellness brand. The position involves managing performance marketing across various platforms and requires strong analytical skills and AI fluency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a performance agency across Meta, Google, YouTube, and CTV
- Own Klaviyo and Shopify execution end to end
- Question numbers and evaluate agency execution independently
- Integrate AI tools into workflows and automate processes
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years in DTC ecommerce marketing with hands-on campaign and content execution — in-house brand side, not agency
- Klaviyo proficiency: flows, segmentation, reporting; able to evaluate agency execution independently
- Shopify Admin fluency: discounts, gift-with-purchase, promotional QA without supervision
- Analytical rigor: GA4 beyond surface dashboards; instinct to question data before acting on it
- AI tool integration in your actual workflow — not copy editing or brainstorming, but building systems, automating processes, or solving real operational problems
- Strong writing for high-AOV product content where accuracy and trust drive purchase decisions
