Sabel Systems Technology Solutions, LLC is a leading solution provider in Information and Communications Technology specializing in innovative digital engineering. They are seeking an Agile Project Manager to oversee cross-functional teams and ensure successful delivery of model-based engineering capabilities and integrated software solutions for the U.S. Air Force.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile project planning, ceremonies, sprint execution, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement across digital engineering teams
- Coordinate delivery of model-based systems engineering (MBSE), system modeling tools, digital thread/digital twin capabilities, and related technologies
- Collaborate with Air Force stakeholders, technical leads, and engineering teams to define requirements, manage priorities, and deliver mission-aligned outcomes
- Track program scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and performance metrics to ensure compliance with project plans and Air Force expectations
- Facilitate communication across government and contractor teams to ensure alignment on objectives, interfaces, and technical milestones
- Promote Agile best practices, DevSecOps alignment, and iterative delivery models to accelerate adoption of digital engineering processes
- Prepare and present status reports, briefings, and documentation for senior leadership within the U.S. Air Force and supporting organizations
- Support integration of digital engineering tools, data environments, and enterprise platforms to enhance system lifecycle management
- Ensure adherence to Air Force policies, cybersecurity requirements, data governance standards, and digital engineering strategies
Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen with an active Secret security clearance
- 5+ years of experience in Agile project or program management
- Experience leading technical or engineering teams delivering digital or software-intensive solutions
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and modern delivery practices
- Ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder projects within a defense or highly regulated environment
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related field
- Experience with U.S. Air Force programs, defense acquisition processes, or government engineering organizations
- Knowledge of digital engineering principles, MBSE tools (SysML, Cameo, Rhapsody), digital thread/twin concepts, and model-based workflows
- Certifications such as PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI‑ACP), ScrumMaster (CSM), or SAFe certifications
- Familiarity with DevSecOps pipelines, cloud environments, and modern software development practices
