Perimetrics, Inc. is a disruptive dental AI technology company known for its InnerView® diagnostic system. The Inside Sales Representative will drive growth by generating and closing sales opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building, serving as the first point of contact for prospective customers.
Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals by selling InnerView® systems and related products
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to identify prospects, build relationships, and close sales
- Qualify and manage leads through the sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Follow up on inbound inquiries promptly and convert them into active opportunities
- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions that align with clinical and business goals
- Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively communicate features, benefits, and ROI to prospective customers
- Provide regular updates on sales activity, pipeline status, and forecasts to the Sales Manager
- Track performance metrics and KPIs to ensure alignment with company goals
- Partner closely with marketing, customer success, and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Participate in sales meetings, product trainings, and continuous development initiatives
- Support pre-event planning and post-event follow-up for trade shows, webinars, and promotional campaigns
