AO Globe Life is expanding its remote team and seeking service-focused professionals who are passionate about helping families feel informed, protected, and supported. In this role, you will guide individuals and families through important supplemental benefit programs while delivering an exceptional client experience built on trust and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families through Zoom
- Understand each client’s goals, concerns, and coverage needs
- Explain available supplemental benefit options clearly and professionally
- Guide clients through the enrollment process with care and attention to detail
- Maintain accurate digital records and ensure timely follow-up communication
- Provide ongoing support and relationship management for clients
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions, mentorship programs, and professional development meetings
Requirements:
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable internet connection
- Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with webcam
- Candidates with backgrounds in hospitality, retail, call centers, healthcare, education, or consulting (helpful but not required)
