Director of Project Management

Bitexco is seeking a Director of Project Management to oversee and drive the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects. This role involves managing project plans, coordinating teams, and ensuring goals are met within scope and budget while providing strategic direction and process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and drive the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex, high-impact projects across multiple domains
• Developing and managing project plans
• Coordinating cross-functional teams
• Allocating resources
• Monitoring project progress
• Ensuring that goals are achieved within scope, budget, and timeline
• Provide strategic direction
• Foster collaboration
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Program Management and Project Management to oversee and deliver a portfolio of projects efficiently
• Experience with Budgeting and financial planning to ensure projects align with financial goals and constraints
• Demonstrated ability in Team Leadership and fostering a collaborative and productive team environment
• Proficiency in Process Improvement and implementing strategies for operational efficiency
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proven track record of managing projects in industries such as real estate, infrastructure, or energy is highly desirable
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project or program management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• An advanced degree or certifications such as PMP is a plus
