The Sales Development Lead is responsible for building and elevating Strada’s global Sales Development function to support enterprise pipeline growth, focusing on establishing best practices, coaching team members, and optimizing sales development tools and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Establishing best practices for inbound and outbound prospecting
- Standardizing qualification and performance metrics
- Coaching and developing team members
- Strengthening cadence discipline and pipeline hygiene
- Driving qualified pipeline creation aligned to revenue goals
- Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to execute targeted campaigns
- Improving lead quality and follow-up
- Managing SDR playbooks
- Optimizing the use of sales development tools, data, and reporting
Requirements:
- 5–7+ years of experience in SDR/BDR or similar prospecting roles
- Exposure to enterprise sales environments
- Prior experience as a team lead, player-coach, or senior mentor
- Strong operating discipline
- Commercial acumen
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Familiarity with sales engagement platforms
- Familiarity with enrichment tools
- Familiarity with intent data
- Familiarity with conversation intelligence
