Hyphen Connect is seeking a Mechatronics Specialist/Engineer to design and optimize cutting-edge electromechanical systems. The role involves innovating motor designs and control systems to enhance efficiency and performance.

Responsibilities:

Specify, test, and tune BLDC motors, harmonic drives, and customized gearboxes
Design motor control firmware (FOC) for maximum efficiency and torque density
Collaborate with mechanical engineers on joint design and thermal management

Requirements:

Deep understanding of electromechanical systems and motor physics
Experience writing firmware in C/C++ for microcontrollers
Hands-on experience with industrial communication protocols (EtherCAT, CAN bus)
