ForceBrands is a fast-growing better-for-you snack brand expanding rapidly across North America. They are seeking an Associate Marketing Manager to lead execution across trade marketing, shopper marketing, retail activation, and digital marketing initiatives, making a significant impact on brand growth and retail expansion in the U.S. market.
Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing initiatives across retail, digital, social, and shopper marketing channels
- Support retail growth through in-store promotions, displays, and point-of-purchase programs
- Analyze retail and consumer data to optimize marketing performance
- Manage external agencies across social media, paid media, and retail marketing initiatives
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership to align marketing efforts with retail priorities
- Coordinate campaign execution, creative development, and marketing timelines
- Support digital marketing initiatives including social, influencer, Instacart, and paid advertising
- Ensure all marketing efforts align with overall brand strategy and retail objectives
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of marketing or brand management experience within CPG
- Strong trade marketing and shopper marketing experience required
- Digital marketing and social media experience required
- Agency management experience required
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to execute day-to-day work directly
- Experience with syndicated data tools (Nielsen, IRI) and/or retailer portals preferred
- Experience within food, snack, or beverage categories preferred
- Startup or high-growth company experience preferred
