They are seeking a Business Development Representative to sell to C-Level Executives and Law Firm Partners, managing the sales process and building client relationships to meet revenue goals.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed revenue goals
- Manage the sales process from initial client contact through post-sale follow up
- Identify and engage with prospects through outbound sales efforts using Nooks AI power dialer
- Utilize SalesForce, Groove, and Salesloft tools to forecast, track and report sales activity
- Build relationships at all levels within client organizations
- 60% new clients, 40% retaining existing accounts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 1-3 years of sales experience in Events
- Must have experience with Sales Enablement tools such as Nooks, Gong, Salesloft, Groove or Outreach
- Proven track record of achieve goals in a commission environment
- Someone who understands 'End to End' Sales Process
- Experience in finding and selling to new accounts
- Ability to build and maintain effective and lasting relationships
