NoGigiddy is a digital platform built for gig workers and side hustlers, providing access to earning opportunities. The Growth Marketing Specialist will run experiments, optimize funnels, and find paths to acquire and retain users.
Responsibilities:
- Design and run growth experiments across channels — paid, organic, email, and referral
- Analyze user acquisition funnels and identify drop-off points
- Optimize landing pages, CTAs, and user flows for conversion
- Manage referral programs and virality loops
- Collaborate with content, social, and paid teams to coordinate growth pushes
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking key growth metrics — CAC, LTV, retention, and activation
- Report on experiment results and scale what works
Requirements:
- No degree required
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable in Google Analytics, Excel, or similar
- Curiosity and a test-and-learn mentality
- Familiarity with A/B testing concepts and basic funnel analysis
- Comfortable with marketing tools — email platforms, ad dashboards, or CRMs
- Self-managed and results-obsessed
