Sales Development Representative

Role Overview

• generating interest in Red River’s service offerings
• make cold calls to prospects to identify decision-makers, qualify sales leads, and set up appointments for Account Executives.
• uncover opportunities for Account Executives to sell innovative offerings for IT Managed Services, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice solutions and More.
• make effective use of telephone, email, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Outreach IO, social media and other sales tools
• work to achieve monthly quotas for qualified sales opportunities
• schedule meetings and uncover new sales opportunities
• manage inbound sales leads and develop pipeline

Requirements

• 1-3 years of sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Ability to prospect for new business by phone on a daily basis
• Ability to build professional rapport by telephone, email, and LinkedIn with prospects at Executive, or C level.
• Ability to uncover opportunities via phone conversation, email, LinkedIn through probing questions.
• Preferred experience using Outreach IO, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn
• Sales Navigator
