Citi is a financial services company, and they are seeking a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Partner to support senior leaders in hiring talent at the Managing Director level. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment activities and serving as a trusted advisor to the business and HR partners.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the delivery of end-to-end recruitment activity including stakeholder engagement, research, candidate identification, assessment, offer management and onboarding
- Act as the recruiter for critical hiring across the books of work
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across hiring, managing both internal and external talent, serving as a trusted advisor to the business and HR partners
- Serve as a point of contact with Human Resources (HR), Talent management and Compensation partners to effectively onboard executive and specialist talent
- Engage candidates, maintain knowledge of industry developments and people moves
- Work with Talent management on succession planning initiatives for critical roles
- Provide market and candidate intelligence, that enables hiring decisions to be made
- Build pools of talent, making use of networking and database tools to manage this talent
- Coach team members on relationship management, candidate engagement and recruiting expertise
- Serve a relationship manager for global business leaders
- Provide competitor insight and mapping as it relates to talent and organizational structures
- Take an active role in project activities that support the development of the Executive Talent Acquisition organization, including CRM development, Data and reporting in addition to driving process improvement, with the candidate and hiring manager experience at the centre of the change
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
