Vice President of Technology Project Management

Medicool is seeking a Vice President of Technology Project Management, responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of complex technology projects. The role involves establishing project management methodologies, coordinating resources, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Establishment of a technical project management system
• Responsible for prioritizing and allocating resources for the technology project portfolio
• Directly lead or supervise key, highly complex technology projects
• Coordinate the R&D, architecture, product, testing, operations and security teams
• Establish a risk identification and early warning mechanism for technology projects
• Work closely with business departments and product teams to drive the implementation of requirements
• Establish a project data analysis and visualization system
• Lead the Technology Project Manager (TPM) and project management team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related fields
• 18 years of experience in technical project management or software development
• Five or more years of experience in managing large-scale projects or project portfolios
• MBA or project management related certifications (PMP, PgMP, SAFe, etc.)
• Prior experience in internet, cloud computing, enterprise systems, or digital transformation projects
